What a heartening and encouraging gesture of the Bushes as they depart the White House leaving behind a half-million-dollar set of new crockery, to be viewed with tearful gratitude by the millions who have lost their homes, their retirement funds, and sons & daughters and trillions of hard-earned tax dollars to underwrite the Bush administration’s unnecessary wars in Irak and Afghanistan.

Good Lord, I can’t believe this. I seriously pray that Jeb Bush never makes it to the White House. That family has alot of nerve. The same year my only child died at 34 because of lack of proper medical care (no insurance and was denied disability) and those jerks spend that much on dishes. What are they thinking? I think it would be good if the Obama’s had them auctioned off and the money donated to a homeless charity. Hey, do you supposed food tastes any better on over priced dishes like that?

But it is also crazy the money being spent on 10 inaugural balls and the inauguration. I disagree tremendously with the money on the china but also with this other blatent waste of money.
I agree. Maybe the Obabama’s could sell/auction off the china piece-by-piece on ebay to help pay for a ball or two.
The dishes are nice, but I think a budget surplus and maybe several thousand American troops home safe would have been niceer.
